An open sun deck and screened-in dining porch overlook the serene
natural beauty of a ten acre pond surrounded by the rolling Berkshire
hills.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with twin beds, the
other with a full/double bed.
The master is a private upstairs loft with a balcony overlooking the
living room.
There are full bathrooms on both floors, with tub and shower.

Berkshire County, Massachusetts is the preeminent summer home of
internationally acclaimed music, dance and theatre.
Virtually all of what the Berkshires has to offer is within a 40 minute
country road drive of The Pond House including Tanglewood,
the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Jacob's Pillow Dance
Theatre, The Williamstown Theatre Festival and the Clark Art Museum.

Even closer to the pond are the venues of the Berkshire Theater
Festival, The Mahaiwe Performing Arts center and The Norman Rockwell
Museum.
The Triplex cinema shows foreign and current releases throughout the
summer.
For the jazz and blues folks there is the Helsinki Club and for the
folk aficionados, the always popular Falcon Ridge Folk Festival held
every year at a farm in Hillsdale.

prominently in local publications.
