The first floor has a combination living room/dining room.  There is also a sunroom and a screened  porch. There are decks on both sides of the house.  On the west side of the house is a large heated in-ground pool - heated by a cost efficient electric heat pump on a timer.

The kitchen is equipped with a Jenair stove, trash compactor, dishwasher, disposal, and refrigerator.   In the kitchen is a peninsula with four bar stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is an area with a breakfast table and chairs.
Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms with sitting areas and private baths.  One bath has a two person Jacuzzi.

One bedroom has a king size bed with canopy.  The other has four poster twin beds made up as a king size.
